Ive read about people using this as a suplement. What is it supposed to do for you as a supplement. I took a few caps a few days ago and got realy messed up. It was fun but I dont see what good it would be for body building though.

Take 1-3 grams of Tyrosine. Works great. Dopamine, which is used in firing your muscles, is 90% Tyrosine. You feel more awake, not like caffeinne, and my lifts are much better.
