Ghb

I used GHB back in the late 80's and loved it. I saw no side effects except for a great night's sleep and increased muscle recovery. Because of its recent notoriety as a date rape drug, our government has banned it. I've heard of GHB substitutes, such as GBL and others. Are these illegal too? Is anyone familiar with a supplement that could act as a substitute for GHB and improve one's sleep?

You were using GHB for getting a good night's sleep?

hmmm . . anyways try ZMA most people notice increased sleep from taking it otherwise check and see some over the counter stuff. Wasn't GHB a prescription drug? Check with your doc then . . . . . .

If your dead set on getting GHB . .Mexico, France and other countries still have it readily available

Sleep Aids:

There is valerian root. No known sides with it, but it smells pretty nasty.

You can try melatonin, however, it will cause your body to stop producing its own.

Eat a turkey sandwich for the tryptophan (no joke!).

5HTP which is a precuroser to tryptophan.

Sominex works for me. I usually sleep all night, but I do tend to remember dreams that I've had through the night.

A glass of milk and a slab of turkey will put me to sleep.
