Gimick product?

Well the product i like to discuss it a cream. You apply to the place you like to lose fat and you're suppose to sweat it out. I saw it demonstrated once but my common sense tells me you're just losing the water under the skin. What i like to know is they claim and show you lose about about 1 after a week around the waist area if you apply it there. Forgot the name of the product, I'll post it when i see it again but what do you guys think. Is it possible the fat under the skin can port out by sweating it out?

There is another thread going on about Ripping Gel...is this what you mean?

I don't know about the "sweating it out" part, but there are effective spot reducing fat loss supps that are out.

Look at it this way...

If stuff like this *really* worked don't you think we'd all know that by now? If a topical cream *really* burned fat don't you think the folks selling it would be running multi-million dollar ad campaigns in prime time and Super Bowl half-time commercials instead of hawking it over the net or running cable access infomercials at three in the morning?

There's a very good, very old rule of thumb that applies to things like this - If it seems too good to be true it probably is

Don't waste your money ... don't waste your time. Using topical creams is NOT an effective way to handle fat-loss. "Spot-reduction" gels are scams. Positive control over fat/muscle balance comes ONLY through diet and exercise.
