I think i might go for these: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...il.asp?pid=157

Is it worth going for a 'pure' glucosamine supplement like that, as opposed to one with other stuff in (cod liver oil etc?).

Ohh and also... i accidentally bit down on one of those tablets... SO DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I might as well have chewed on some rotten fish guts
Generally better to buy products separate as hard to find proper dosed combined product

Enjoy your cod liver oil.
I love the fish oil. I chew every capsule to burst them and often take too many as like a kid with candy hard for me to stay within recommended dose.
Delicious

Fair enough Max. And I have a dirty, sweaty old gym sock I'll let you chew on for dessert.

OK i went out and bought some 1000mg tablets (pure glucosamine)... if im doing roughly 30 mins of running in the morning, 5x a week, would 1000mg be adequate, or do you think i should take 2?
