Last thing... would you suggest ZMA over zinc? What will i get from ZMA that i will not from a zinc supplement? I know that zinc is good for test and i am bumping that level up with the zinc, but won't a multivitamin suffice for Mag. levels? Any studies or anything you can give me?

Well, ZMA uses two forms of zinc. The monomethionine form is 'supposedly' even better for raising test. levels but, the studies done were really fairly biased. Honestly you should be fine taking zinc in your mutli-vitamin as long as that multi-vitamin is of decent quality that you aren't peeing most of it out. lol Make sure you get adequapte magnesium though as well which of course, should aslo be in your multi. Forget the ZMA. I no longer subscribe to it being better than what you can get in food/multi. You will get a ton of research on both sides of the debate though if you google it.
