I've actually stopped taking creatine since i realized it did jack for me... might have done something initially but then no indicator of additional progress afterwards.

Actually, glucosamine is great for joints since that's what he's looking for. He wasn't asking what supps to take to bodybuild.
Look into MSM and Chondroitan also Dark...

O i think i misinterpreted what he said. I wasn't looking for a way to get bigger, just something to help my joints.

Do i need all that or will glucosamine sulfate do? I have heard of the positive benefits of flax on joints though as well.

Well he didn't state that he meant those supps. for bodybuilding but that's mainly what they are used for and I don't think he read the part where you said it was for joints.
You should be able to find a good all-in-one joint supp. online. Glucosamine is good but usually people also take Chondroitan with it, but there are many supps that contain both in the same capsule/pill. MSM is another good one for actual joint pain. If you don't have any pain though and are looking just for joint support then glucosamine and chondroitan are sufficient. You don't HAVE to take Chondroitan with the Glucosamine but it's just added support.

What do you mean by 'working like oatmeal'? Not sure I get that one. If you want a really cheap way to get flax, you can get some very good flax cereals for 3-4$ a box.

Like i found flax seed online, but is it used like oatmeal ? lol.
How much is the normal dosage for an athlete?
I'm going to be wrestling soon and on top of a lot of homework and lifting at the same time. I will be supplementing a multivitamin, glucosamine, zinc aspartate(this is the most effective one if im correct which i may be not because i havn't researched it in a while but i will look it up if you don't know), protein powder, and flax for the omegas.
Sound good?

It all sounds about fine to me. It's a good base of supplements to take. If you were going to take zinc on top of whatever is in the multivitamin, you could just go for ZMA since magnesium is also very important in people who lift. The zinc is in 'monomethionine' and 'aspartate' form as the mono is supposed to help testosterone increase. It's really just a zinc and magnesium supp though. You could get the same results with just the aspartate I would imagine.
Anyhow, it looks good to me. I don't know about getting the flax like oatmeal but I am sure it's possible. I would just buy a bottle of flax oil and take a tablespoon in the morning or something to that effect. I don't think there is an exact dosage for flax in athletes, it's all good for you just don't go nuts with it.

There is another recent thread around in diet&nutrition that sooner_ed was asking about flax. Flax meal came up as the way he was going to eat it since you can do so like oatmeal etc,.. Either way, as long as you don't have flax coming out yer undies, you'll be golden.
