Peptides are amino acids broken down into their smaller more digestible form using the hydrolyzation process. Amino acids from peptides are more readily absorbed than free-form amino acids (Glutamine), thus producing a greater insulin reaction. Glutamine Peptides are incredibly nasty tasting. Some reasons to use glutamine peptides:
1. Improved nitrogen -balance
2. Better gut performance
3. Increased immuno-responsiveness
4. Enhancement of glycogen replenishment
5. Prevention of fatigue/overtraining syndrome

If you can choke them down then they are great to use.

"gut performance" = Digestion

and what's a good way to mix this "great tasting stuff" = You will have to figure this one out on your own. I would try a very strong tasting juice of some type. And keep the liquid volume low so you have less to drink.

actually Gplenish is cheaper or about the same price

for almost 3 pounds its $45 bucks and that about 80 servings worth

please ask me Q's if you have specific question or just want general info

if you check out

www.gplenish.com it will tell you about it
respecting board rules I cant tell you where to get it

but its nothing a google search can't help with =-)
