Glutamine is an amino acid. Protein's are made up of amino acids in a long chain.

The human body is about 60% glutamine (or 60% of our protein, i forget), so most people supplement their protein intake with some glutamine.

So exactly what does it do for you? Does it do the same thing as protein?
