GNC Arginine 1000 intake amount??/
i was thinking of getting some GNC Arginine 1000. and i was just wondering how many pills would i take a day, since it has a gram of arginine in one tablet. thanxxx guys.

if you want something that works, get zma, creatine, protein, etc, but arginine does jack ****

get some protein(optimumnutrition.com) and some vitargo cgl(nutrex.com)
you can get both at easypricematch.com and its even better because do a search, find the cheapest price, and then go pricematch it there, and they give 5% cheaper than the competitor

i have protein and creatine i dontt need none of htat. im not a beginner so yea reason why i wanna try arginine because some ppl tell me that it gives u crazy pumps, some say that its a waste of money so i want to try it for myself and c if it works. so yea anyone that could tell me the amount of arginine i should consume a day that would be gr8 thnx a lot

Well which is it buddy? zma is now a worth while product?
Arginine increases blood flow and vascularity, and trust me, it works, I'm not sure how great it is for strength gains or anything else it claims, but for vascularity, absolutely. It does give great pumps as well, if not sometimes painful. The creatine I have (San v-12) has 1 gram of Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate which gives me crazy pumps, great product, I only use it on days I lift, 30 minutes pre-workout and its been awesome for both pumps and stamina. so I'd imagine anywhere between 2000 mg and 3000 mg would be good for the pump you're lookin for.

To be quite honest with you I'm not really sure, I'd say pre-workout and in the morning possibly, space it out for sure.

its recomended to take it twice, 30 minutes before breakfast, and 30 before lunch...and for some people, zma works, thats why i suggested it...for me though, it sucked

honestly I've never taken ZMA alone, so I cant say how well it works alone.

take 3000mg twice daily, thats what NO2 and NOX3 do, and they use arginine as the ingredient
