i've never tasted
muscle milk - but i would never drink a shake with that kind of a macro breakdown. Having a whey shake with a peice of fruit and a handful of nuts would be much better (prob cheaper too, though i dont know how much mm costs)
Besides which, whey is best post workout - and NOT with fats, so muscle milk seems like a silly idea to me.
That being said I have on occasion eaten an 'Oh Yeah' bar which boasts i believe 19grams of fat.. its not a regular occurance though, i swear! yum. yes i am a ball of contradiction it seems.
