If your diet and training are dialed in perfectly, then supplementation will give you the tiniest push towards making it better.

They ARE NOT THE FOUNDATION of a good body.

Now, about extenze...read the ingredients. Now read the ingredients on the "bodybuilding supps" like Alpha male...etc... All the supposed "test boosters". Nope, just blood flow improvers.

Take the one that is cheaper, about the same mix of roots, herbs, and snake oil...no need to double up or go with extras.

Now, get to work on that nutrition. Get a good workout plan going for ya. Then supplement.
You want better erections...the supplement plan should help about like viagra or cialis simply because of the improved blood flow. You want bigger muscles...you gotta work for them.

yeah... i know what you are saying... but at the end of the day, when i pop seven pills out of a vita pak and take them... i feel motivated to work out... lol... viagra worked for me, took two pills a month apart, and i KNOW about the blood flow and all that, and i think extenze will work where that is concerned, i like the vitapak because its convinent to take, its in a pack, i love that, i have stopped eating all meat exept seafood, and trying to stay away from the shell food, conch, shrimp, etc, right now i eat mostly fish and low fat foods, trying to get more fiber intake, im a bit overweight, but cant decide whether to slim or bulk first, i dont want to be small id rather be big in belly and bulky like hulk that tones and have a six pack, lol, kind of like how you look... hahaha, j/k

I posted a response in your other post and then read this post.

My personal opinion is you should focus on three things in addition to your workout:

1. Proper nutrition
2. Proper hydration
3. Proper rest

You're focusing too much on pills.

thanks for the reply... i dont think im focusing 'too much' on pills, as these vitapaks have changed alot for me, but you are right, i need to focus on those three things, but, lol, those three things tend to get blurry alot, lol, especially the rest, i try to hydrate properly, and eat good(ish) but its hard being a pimp lol
