GNC mega mens vs mega women.

gnc mega-women is cleary the superior vitamin. it has either equal amounts or more of every vitamin, except for, about 2 (vitamin k, and one other i think). mega-womens has 240tablets instead of 180. mega mens has amino acids, but...yeah...mega womens has 50% calcium which is very very good. so i dont care what you say, im a guy takin mega-womens.

Bottle size has nothing to do with it, both are avail in the same size bottles. I wouldn't get too excited about the calcium. About everthing you eat, and if you drink protien shakes you get plenty of that anyhow.

My guess is the chemists at the vitamin factory make a male and female specific for a reason.

Ill stick with the Megamen's. Let us know if you grow a uterus or something,e hehehe. just mess'n. Your prob good to go.

Armor is right......women's formulas usually have high doses of iron which is not something you want as a male. Other than that you should be fine.

I actually take maternity vitamins for the extra nutrients (I'm female). It works for me.
