GNC Pro Performance Creatine any good?

http://gnc.mondosoft.com/cgi-bin/Msm...ine+CREATINES+

heres the link to the product. It seems pretty decent, and I know GNC is generally reliable. I have one GNC store like a 5 minute drive away from me, so iits really convenient for me.

Only thing is that these are tablets, not powders? Is that fine?

I prefer plain creatine monohydrate (micronized). It is much cheaper and I can mix it with whatever I want to, grape juice, gatorade or usually in my protein shake.

GNC sells creatine as a powder. That is what they are talking about. Your local GNC should have it.
