Liquid Createin

It really dosen't work read the above sticky on createin.
Usually powder and capsules are the way to go. I get mine at GNC for like 20 buck for a bottle of caps. about a months supply all in all.

yea if you read the sticky at the top of the forum youd see liquid is definatey not the way to go as creatine is not stable in liquid. powder is the form of choice for most people. i get prolab's pure creatine 1000g from massnutrition.com for 20 bucks. your best bet would be just get pure creatine and mix it with grape juice for the dextrose deliver. i have been using that for about 2 months and like it a lot. i have also heard good things from some people about gnc's creadrive but this is a lot cheaper and all you are paying for with the creadrive is the delivery which you can do yourself with the grapejuice.

all creatines should fill you with water assuming you are drinking enough. a gallon to a gallon and a half a day is what i believe most people here will tell you to drink.

I would say drink a gallon to a gallon and a half a day reguardless of if you are on creatine or not. And the more water you drink the less water retention you have, you dont fill yourself with water by drinking lots of water.

Studies show that liquid creatine supplements don't even contain enough creatine monohydrate to produce any benefits. Stick to a product that uses Crepure brand creatine which is guaranteed to be free of impurities (Prolab is one brand) or is tested to be free of impurities (Champion Nutrition).
