yea if you read the sticky at the top of the forum youd see liquid is definatey not the way to go as creatine is not stable in liquid. powder is the form of choice for most people. i get prolab's
pure creatine 1000g from massnutrition.com for 20 bucks. your best bet would be just get pure creatine and mix it with
grape juice for the dextrose deliver. i have been using that for about 2 months and like it a lot. i have also heard good things from some people about gnc's creadrive but this is a lot cheaper and all you are paying for with the creadrive is the delivery which you can do yourself with the grapejuice.
all creatines should fill you with water assuming you are drinking enough. a gallon to a gallon and a half a day is what i believe most people here will tell you to drink.
