Hiya, can anyone suggest a good multi-vitamin to pick up that would give me anything I might be lacking in my meal plan? Do I need a multi-vitamin w/ a strong meal plan?

Twinlab's Daily One capsules. It's very complete (I prefer the one with iron). If you add some extra vitamin C you'll get pretty much everything you need.
Ask your doctor and, unless you go to some New-Age quack, you'll always hear the same response: get a cheap one. That's the great thing about multivitamins: they're very important, they work, and there's no reason to pay for fancy stuff. If you have a concern over a particular vitamin or mineral, read the label and make sure you're getting what you want.
