Good multivitamin needed.

I am currently taking creatine and protein and looking for a good multivitamin to add to it. Any suggestion for someone who wants to build there body? Anything that i can pick from a store or purchase online would be fine.

All vitamins are not created equal, eg cupric oxide is not absorbed well by the body, vitamin E has many forms, most companies use just one(d-alpha tocopherol). I did some hunting around a while back. The best I found was green source multivitamins from puritan.com
It has zillions of ingredients, and I could not find fault with the constituents. It is a bit expensive tho, (but not crazy expensive). Buy it during one of there regular sales at ~70% off

GNC megaman are good vitamins. Meaning if you look at the place most of the vitamins and minerals come from and the dossages. Much better than something like Centrum.

Megaman dosage is 2 a day..that puts you at like 300% daily allowance or more of everything you have heard of and then some.........i only take one daily.

Only down side i see........my first pee of the day looks like Mt Dew. They have gone down in price too.......bigger bottle same price.

Be carefull and do your homework on this one. Vitamin manufacturers are not required to list all the ingredients actually in their product. In general, (with a few exceptions) you get what you pay for. Unless you have no choice, I avoid gnc like the plague.

Yeah, I take the Megaman vitamins from GNC also. One bottle is lasting forever, and they seem to have more than enough of what you need. I do also get that problem with the first pee of the day. It is bright, and looks just like Mt. Dew

Why would you avoid GNC. I have read nothing but good about them. From ad's (biased i know) but to other comparisons they have always been rated up at the top.

18 year old "salespersons" working on commision for starters.. Become educated about nutrition, supplementation, and general bodybuilding. Then go to a gnc and watch the butchery they perform on the uneducated, unsuspecting public. It's both funny and sad to watch. The supplementation field is a buyer beware market and gnc has cornered the market on the "buyer beware" part. Find an independent supp store, ask the patrons there what they prefer, do research, ask around your local gym, check these and other boards for what is or is not working for people. Take it all with a BIG grain of salt, remember that what works for one will not always work for the next, and then make an informed purchase. To do anything less is a waste of your money.

...

scratching my head on this one: what's wrong with getting the regular, plain ol' multivitamins with minerals at the drug store? they've always worked well for me, they don't cost an arm and a leg, and because they're standard minimum doses, it's easy to buy extra supplements of C, B complex, etc to bump up what's needed while leaving the rest as-is.
