Question

good muti-vitamin?

i was wondering if any of you guys could suggest a good muti-vitamin that was also pretty cheap.

there are so many out there, but i want to get some actual information from guys that use them and not from companies because they always say their products are the best.

Puritans pride "green source" multi
A bit xpensive, but it has ingredients from a variety of sources, and it doesnt have inferior forms like cupric oxide, also it has all forms of vitamin E, not just d-alpha.
Buy it when it comes on sale at their website
http://www.puritan.com/
Currently its buy1get2free =67%off.
During december it was 70-72% off.

I have been taking Ultra Vita Man time released from Vitamin World for some time now.Was on Mega Men but looked at price difference and switched.Picked up a bottle of 200 plus 60 free the other day for $17.56 tax and all. They have had the bonus 60 for awhile now so maybe the will make it permanent.

Now Nutrition

Now Nutrition makes awesome cheap supps...including a multi-vitamin for under $10 for 100 pills...I split 'em in half and take half in the morning and half b4 bed. Never take the whole thing cause it's too much for the body to absorb and you'll just piss it out...if you're taking weight gainer or some other protein shake you probably don't even need a multi cause they are loaded with vits & mins as well. But since NOW nutrition is so cheap, it doesn't really matter. They also have ZMA and TRIB cheap. www.Supplementdirect.com has the best prices on NOW.

I take SoloDay from GNC. I didn't see anything wrong with it and it wasn't very expensive.
