Good Protein powder


What protein powder do u recomend? IM looking for one that comes with alot of protein but not many calories.

To answer you tho:

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
EAS Myopro

I have used both of these. There cheap and basic whey protein.

OR

Optimum Nutrition 100% Egg Protein. More $$$ but egg protein.

I am curently bulking and have got some good gains and mass but im starting to get fat. Any things i can take to keep gaining muscle and weight but not gaining any fat?

Then your total caloric intake is too high. Take 100 or 200 cals off each day and see if that helps with the fat problem. If you are eating a place like Micky D's, drinking soda, or stuff like that drop them. Strive for a clean bulk.

BTW - during a bulk up you will experience some fat gain. So long as it is within reason you should be ok.
