i completely agree with sooner ed. keep it simple. i know i used to be completely anal about my diet and now i have gotten a little better at being flexible with it and i love it i dont feel like im always on this set schedule. i guess i just have found the malt dex whey shake easier to make no blending just powders(i dont think i could go 20 minutes waiting after my workout to blend up some stuff to make my shake. powders for me have made it quick and simple to get it in right after i lift). But i do agree that the fruit type shakes are good too(taste great also). when i first came to this site cursor is the one that even got me thinking about taking in any kind of whey and i followed his shake for about a year then switched. got good results from them too.

Myoplex is a decent meal replacement...but costly, like most ready mix MRP's....I normally go the budget route and try and mix some whey with skim milk....this gives you plenty of protein and a little bit of carbs....I then eat a breakfast snack bar (fruit bar, granola bar) along with a mulit-vitamin and your other supps....this is a decent meal replacement....but be sure to get it up to at least 400 kcal....and eat again in about 2 hours....
