Grade my supplement regimen

my reason for taking all this stuff is to ensure i stay healthy and avoid injuries at all costs. i have been out of the gym almost a year now and can return in 4 weeks (after im done rehabbing my shoulder from arthroscopic surgery). this is what i have been taking:

1500/1200 glucosamine/chondroitin
3000 MSM
1000 Vitamin C

are these the proper dosages? am i on the right track?

You can take up to 10,000mg of Vit C per day... I would bump that up to 2,000mg ... I take 5 (1k) tabs per day seems to help a lot. Everything else looks good, the glucosamine would be good at 2000 for your type of rehab, chondroitin dosage is good to go.

Good luck with your rehab. I just had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder in March and am just starting the rehab process too.
