Green Tea?
I've seen where Angel and a couple of other people drink green tea. What are the benefits of green tea?

If taken before a workout routine, it can boost fat burn up to 35% more than usual. This has actually been through a few university studies in which they took blood before, during and after workouts to get their results.
It's believed the fat burning boost from this can wear off as you get used to it.

Hmmmmmmmm, guess I'll have to try it. But I really don't like tea, but I've never had green tea before, so maybe it will be good. I doubt it!!
Thanks for your answer!

If you don't like it straight, there are cold green tea you can get from grocery store... Arizona is the name I think, it is sweetened and I think it is made for American people's taste. So you might like it.

Boy Angel, you sure mix up your l's and r's (jerous, alizona, hehe)
It's Arizona and a ton of companies make these teas. Most are full of sugar though which kind of defeats the purpose.

Green Tea is also a really powerful antioxidant. It also has benifits for your teeth and gums. Green Tea is awesome!

Well, Japanese people do not use tea bag for green tea.
They get lives (crushed) for it and use pot. So I do not know what is the best way to make American Green tea, I just make it as direction says. they taste different from real Japanese Green tea. taste and see how strong you want. try it without sugar first. treditional green tea is drunk straight.

Japanese don't use tea leaves and traditional pots anymore.
Maybe during traditional ceremony, but not in the city.
The best grade of Green Tea in Japan, as far as I know,
are in powdered form. Mix half a teaspoon, in a cup and pour hot water.
Those are potent.
