i have searched the forum for help to my ? but have not found exactly wot i have been looking for. so here goes:
yesterday i brought Green tea capsules from GNC.each tablet consists of 315mg green tea.anyway what i wanted to know is how many tablets i would need a day to burn fat.i dont have much fat on me,just on my stomach and on my obliques.iam a very active person and play a lot of sport every week,also i have a
fast metabolism,but since i bulked in the summer it has been hard to lose the
excess fat.
This is why i have brought green tea capsules just to help lose the fat.i have taken 3 today with water but not sure if that is the right amount to burn off fat.
any help would be appreicated.
