i want to cut fat so my 6 pack can be more visible. i just bought these new green tea capsules. i was wondering if i am supossed to take them b4 the lifting/sprinting/aerobic workout on an empty stomach/with food or after the workout with an empty stomach or w/food. here are the facts in the back side of the green tea. and also, do you think i will lose some
water retention, because i am also on creatine(running on a small supply) and then causing strength loss?
