Green Tea Gel Capsules help

i want to cut fat so my 6 pack can be more visible. i just bought these new green tea capsules. i was wondering if i am supossed to take them b4 the lifting/sprinting/aerobic workout on an empty stomach/with food or after the workout with an empty stomach or w/food. here are the facts in the back side of the green tea. and also, do you think i will lose some water retention, because i am also on creatine(running on a small supply) and then causing strength loss?

Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 1 Cap/2 may be taken
Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 250 mcg 208%
Green Tea Extract (leaf) 100 mg*
Natural Caffeine (coffee bean) 80 mg*

wont i gain weight instead of losing it if i keep on taking creatine on a daily basis? wont the green tea dehydrate me and making the effects of creatine deminish?(since green tea has caffeine)

not if you drink enough water...id take the creatine just to add strength/explosive power, and the green tea will burn FAT...your trying to lose FAT, not weight, right?

it helps with explosive energy...im just saying stick with it so you don't lose energy...creatine will help you increase strength overall...on another thought, i wouldnt waste time training abs...they are far more a product of diet and cardio rather than working them out

Green tea has caffine in it, but the component l-theanine counters it so it is negligable.

Pretty much. Ever notice that after drinking green tea you feel really relaxed ?? That's the theanine in the tea making you feel like that, and it also counters the caffine.

Vitargo isn't creatine, it is a super-fast absorbing carbohydrate polymer that is often combined with creatine for post workout.

Green Tea is very good for you, has lots of anti-oxidants, etc. Some people, however, like to drink coffee before they do cardio, because it has more caffeine.

Because the polyphenols in Green Tea have a thermogenic affect on the body. The caffeine in it isn't the reason people drink/take it to lose fat. It's the EGCG.
