Growth Hormone

I need to shed bodyfat, I am naturally big, and don't want to get bigger.
I did some research on growth hormone, or GH, and read that it will destroy(not shrink like diet and exercise) bodyfat cells.

In want to use this substance, and wanted to know some of your experiences with it. How much is a good dosage and how often?

It is expensive, and i don't want to waste it with poor dosing.

Also should i stack it with something else like Winstrol? To get better results?

I want to lose the fat and keep it off permanently, not yo-yo like i have been doing all my life with diet and cardio.

I have never used any kind of GH or steroids before, as I have always been able to gain mass quickly. So this would be my first cycle.

For the kind of body changes you are looking for you would need more than 3 iu per day of GH over the course of several months. GH is pretty much worthless without using some kind of steroid, preferrably testosterone. This will get extremely expensive.

As for using GH for spot reduction that is highly inaccurate. Doctors have used it in anti-aging therapy and injected daily in the same spot for months at a time and it has shown no indication of "spot reduction".

And then there is the fact that unless your diet is right on target then you still won't see the changes you want. You can't eat anything you want and get the body you want by simply taking a hormone. Save your money and get your diet in order. There are NO magic substances out there that will give you the body you want. It takes dedication to exercise. More importantly it takes discipline to being careful of what goes in your mouth.

Weight loss isn't about dieting, Ilyas. It is about changing your lifestyle to reflect eating healthy all the time. Be aware that what you eat WILL affect how you look. Some general guidelines you might want to keep in mind are to keep calories at approximately 3600 for maintenance, 3100 for weight loss, and 4200 for bulking for a male. Keep cals around 2400, 1900, and 2800 respectively for a woman. Weigh and measure every single thing you eat for a few weeks to truly understand food values. This is a much better direction to head into rather than spending hard earned cash on something that promises more than it will ever deliver.

I understand the importance of diet, but I have been training on and off for well over 10 years.
Fat cells are a bitch. I read the only substance that will DESTROY fat cells is Growth Hormone.
The ONLY other alternative is liposuction.

Everything else we do, dieting, training, etc. wil only shrink fat cells for the time period and they eventually grow back to normal size.

I also read many articles on how GH is being used in Hollywood, and by athletes, bodybuilders, and it cannot be detected in drug tests because it occurs naturally in the body anyway.

The side effects are less than steroids, it actually strengthens your hair, and regenerates your skin and is said to make you look and feel younger also.

Is there anyone out there that has actually used it, and can give me some real advice?
Advice in how much to take and how long to take it, what to stack it with, how effective it was for you etc.

I want to train hard, eat right and get back to my natural peak, then use it to eliminate the already shrunken fat cells so they don't come back.
