growth hormone(hgh)

Has anyone tried or heard if hgh or human growth factor works for weight loss? Is it a scam? I would appreciate any info. Thanks

Are you referring to hgh as a legal supplement (hgh elevators) or the illegal steroid versions?
Yes, it does have a positive effect of bodyfat reduction although it is very expensive to run a course. There are side effects too, the more serious ones being abnormal bone growth and also growth of internal organs... the distended belly look. This is why you see a lot of Pro's with very wide jaws, lopsided ears etc. I have recently seen photos of Jay Cutler suffering from this; just look at photos of his face from 3 years ago and compare them with recent ones of him. See what I mean?!

rHGH, the real stuff, is good for connective tissue and fat loss. I'd have to guess that 90% of professional sports players use it for just that reason. Just my opinion however. (no i don't want to argue about it).

It takes a long time to notice any effects from it. Most suggest using for at least 16 weeks. This is with super physiological level. You will not get a big forehead and hands unless you take it when you are young. Yao Ming anyone?

Taking a few aminos is like pissing in the ocean.
