Guys Need Help


Im heading to my local gnc


I need a list of items to give my muscles some oxygen.

Also any othere good supplement for living a healthy life style..

water....ive never paid for it though

maybe some creatine to help get the FREE water into the muscles, thus more oxygen.

If you have the funds you could take a look at Oxydrene by Klein Becker. Olympic atheletes and college guys usually take it to provide their muscles with more oxygene. From what I've heard it's the best Klwein-Becker product out there but that may not be saying a whole lot.

Not a bad product but a tad pricey. Otherwise water's not a bad idea

you could try 02fx by met-rx - but i wouldnt buy anything at GNC - too expensive

Your muscles get the oxygen from your red blood cells, you don't buy anything for it. Get yourself some NO2 or something equivalent, find what works for you.

GNC is too expensive unless you join their Gold Card program and shop there only during the first week of the month when they offer 20% off of everything for Gold Card members.
