Are you sure it is actual breast tissue, or just fat accumulation around the chest area?

You can treat the symptoms with Nolvadex. It will make the pain and lumps go away until your next bout with excessive estrogen. If you have fatty deposits around your nipples a good diet and cutting gel will help that.

Im pretty sure that it is a mild case of gyno because i have very little bf and my nipples seem to be swollen and puffy...but they do not hurt.
I heard nolvadex will not make it go away just stop it from progressing, is this true?

Scott: Do you know your BF%? Could still be the last holdout of fat on your body, dependent upon genetics.

nolvadex will really only reduce fresh steroid/prohormone induced gyno. It will not make gyno from puberty go away. I have taken nolvadex...
I have had lumps the size of marbles under my nipples since I was young, the odd thing is they same to fluctuate slightly in size from day to day. There is no permanent way to get rid of the hard tissue other than surgery. The fatty tissue you can get rid of through lowering your bodyfat.

hey man, i was hoping you'd be able to help me out with something. I might have gyno and i wanna find out cause its keeping me from juicing. U said the lumps were the size of marbles are u exaggerating? And are they really easy to feel? With me if i squeeze really far back i can feel some hard tissue but i hafta really squeeze far back. But if i squeeze that hard on other places on my chest i can sometimes feel a bit of hard tissue so i dont know if have it..... The reason i think i might have it is cause a bit of my nipple is puffy but it could be cause of a little fat on my chest...

They are directly behind the nipple.
the lumps fluctuate in size (probably depending on my hormone balance) but they are typically the size of marble. My bodyfat is low enough though, that there are no visible signs of it, but I know that I am prone and that it is there.

Ergopharm has that new Skulpt out that is supposed to work well on chest fat. I have heard people talking about throwing in some liquid nolva (or 6-oxo) to see how well it works on minor gyno. I know there have been some questions raised about Skulpt, since it uses DMSO, and how localized it is - but I will keep my eye out for any results I hear about.

just a little fyi:
If you use ANY products with DMSO. Be VERY careful in the way you handle it. Wash your hands very thoroughly before applying, and be sure to to not contact any chemicals when/where it is on your body. DMSO basically allows your body to absorb any chemical directly through the skin. This is a good thing if you want the supplements, but remember if you put this stuff on your chest and then spray paint something, or decide to bleach your kitchen... if those chemiclas contact your chest (while it is wet) the will absorb straight into your blood stream.
I just thought I would let you guys know that, because I don't feel that supp companys do a very good job of educating people on the risks of theirs supps and some of the chemicals they use in them.

you can try to run some nolva to see if there is any reduction along with some cardio for weightloss.
you can get the nolva from www.liquid-solutions.com
run it for a month:
40mg ED for the first 2 weeks
20mg ED for the last 2 weeks.
1ML = 20mg's
