Gyno or just muscle?

Here is a stupid question, I came off a 1-AD cycle about 5 months ago and never took any Anti-E's, I noticed good gains in my chest area but now I'm freaking out reading all the posts on Gyno.... so how do I know if this was muscle I gained or a Gyno Side affect??

its gyno....for sure. J/K gyno is fairly obvious, how much body fat do you have? bitch tits and muscle are pretty hard to get confused. Check out www.gynecomastia.org

If you can pinch it with you pecs flexed, then it's not muscle.

Body fat is not to high, I mean they look like pecs, I don't think there is anything totally abnormal. I did not mean I get totally huge in the chest area, it just seemed like good gains.... comments?

Thanks Guys....

It's constantly evolving/refining as I learn more and more ... and experience more and more guinea-pig changes.

yes, very possible. It is VERY common for teenagers to have gyno and most of the tmie goes away, but somewhere between 10-30% of men have anywhere from mild to major gyno even after they finish puberty. Once men start hitting their 60's it becomes more prevalent again.

I had it when I was like 13-14, it felt like little rocks in my nipple, it was really weird, a bunch of my friends had it too but we had no idea what it actually was. We thought it was cool and bragged to chicks that we had "rock" in our nipples haha, oh well it went away, luckily...

yes bro many teenagers get gyno nower days.but gyno from steroid abuse is usually permanent if it developes fully whereas in most cases natural gyno can reverse itself after puberty or with diet and exersize

I remember my friends when I was younger talking about the bumps on their nipples when I was younger, but I never had them does that mean I just didn't have gyno problems like others or does gyno naturally just happen to some?
