has anyone noticed anything from creatine?

I posted another topic to clear up something else. Got a new question though. I haven't noticed any gains from it yet (which could be do to me being sick, not sure 100% though until monday when i workout again, since im not sick anymore) but have been taking it a few days. I'd like peoples opinions (only if youve directly used it) on creatine and if they saw results or not. Thanks!

what did you weigh before taking it? How long did you take it before this? I'm taking EAS' Creatine Muscle Cell Volumizer. It comes in 300g containers. My daily serving is 10g a day (5g a serving, one before and one after workout). I take it with gatorade. I weigh 154 currently. Could I put 5lbs of muscle on with this stuff? That would be killer. Any tips on how I could help its benefits? Should I add sugar to my gatorade mix?

ive used it numerous times

for me personally

ive had no or minimal strength gains or size increase

what i have noticed without a doubt in my mind is that when on it, i get "pumped" much easier then off it--
what i mean-- is i could do one set of whatever and be really pumped up like as if i had done 4 sets or even my entire workout for that body part

not sure how beneficial that is

i mean ideally you want a good pump from your workout--this is something i attained anyway--just not as quick

a good pump means nothing when measuring your workouts effectiveness. Atleast according to AST Sports Science's website it doesn't. They say it's just a common myth, like that 'feel the burn' crap is. When you were taking creatine, were you taking it regularly? I doubt you'd see the same gains when taking it sporatically, that you'd see when taking it scheduled every day without fail.

Been using it for nearly 2 weeks now. Have gained 5lbs, but minimal strengths gains to this point. Plan on using it for 2 to 4 more weeks, then Im going to try and cut.

Also, no sides whatsoever.

I started creatine last week. Was on my two days of when I started and felt much stronger when I went back to the gym on Monday. Added 5kg on bench press that morning (i know its only 5kg but im a 72kg weakling).

I never thought that creatine would make a difference but i have changed my mind. Plus my bicepts feel rock hard now. Is this all in my head or has the creatine helped?

I'm not sure but im gonna keep taking it just incase
