Have not gained much with 1-AD

I've gone through 1 bottle of 1-ad up to now, taking 3 pills a day. I have only gained about 3-4 lbs.

I'm 5'11", 176lbs, aprox 12% body fat. I've been taking 200 grams of protein minimum a day. I eat 3 meals a day, and I take 3 protein shakes a day. I'm not too sure about my calorie intake.

Am I not gaining that much because I'm an ectomorph? (I was 140lbs before I started working out about 2 yrs ago).

I'm really pissed off about this, I was hoping to gain 20lbs during my 2 month cycle. My cycle is 1/3rd finished, and I've gained almost nothing.

So do you know if 1-ad doesn't work on some people? For the rest of my cycle, should I start taking 4-6 pills a day?
What the hell should I do, I dont want to waste my money.

Forgot to mention,

I am doing 3 sets of 8. If I want to add mass with the 1-ad, should I try doing 3 sets of 5?

Thanks in advance

No, you shouldn't. When it comes to pro-hormone assisted training, you need to chase the pump like the old-timers did. You can still do the low-rep sets but you need to have moderate-to-high rep sets as your mainstay when taking pro-hormones. The reason for this is that the pro-hormones travel in the blood and will be taken up where it's needed and where there are receptors. The more blood in the muscle, the more possibility of the pro-hormones connecting where they should, your muscle cells. So, use moderate-to-high reps (8-15), superset if possible to really go for the burn (which will release GH and increase receptor sensitivity), and then, and only then, try your hand at some low reps for the other fibers.

Dont expect too much from pro-hormones is my opinion. You want results, get the knowledge and get some real gear. It's a much better way to spend your hard earnt money..... pro h's wont do too much for ya at the best of times really, unless your using the ones just being bought out, which your not

I have read lots of reviews on 1-ad and I have used it myself for three weeks. I gained 10 lbs in the first two weeks. During the third week I caught the FLU and had to stop. I was taking only 3 pills per day and I am 215 Lbs.

PH's don't always work for everyone, if you are not eating enough then nothing will make you grow. Check your diet.

Also How old are you? PH's work best for people over 21, if your not at least 21 I wouldn't mess with them.

I think I've been eating enough. I'm only hungry when I wake up in the morning. And I eat throughout the day, so I never feel hungry because I'm eating often. I get over 200 grams of protein daily.

I'm 19 yrs old.

Right, Lee. IMO Pro H's are BS. If you're looking at a 20 lbs gain, get the real thing.

Bucket, you're only 19. Pro H's aren't gonna do jack-all for you. You're overflowing with hormones already. Train hard and eat big.

I'm 41 and my natural test levels are much lower than yours. I've had some good results with Tribulus and ZMA. But I can guarantee you, it won't do nothing for you. If you REALLY want to get big fast, wait a couple more years and start thinking about gear.

Yeah, at 19 youo really should stay away from that stuff and concentrate on just lifting hard, getting good srest and eating well. You're still producing more tha enough test on your own so adding outside crap will only serve to shut down your own production which is not a good thing.

1-AD is one of the better pro hormones out there, there are some feedback where people are seemingly "non-responders". If your training is adequate and you're consuming enough calories, there is no excuse why you should be gaining.

I'll finish off my bottle of 1-AD this week, and I'll leave this stuff alone.

I was thinking of going on a quick 1 month cycle of Winny. Because of my age and all, would this affect me really badly?

Right now, I'm thinking that a 1 month cycle will not do me much harm... Anyways, if someone could just clear this up for me. Thanks in advance
