Help

I've been reading alot of great stuff on the forum. Just want to say thanks first.
I'm a 21yo M. 5'7" 154lbs. According to several readings from the accumeasure calipers, I'm around 13% BF. $200 is riding on whether i have "abs" or not by 12/01/05, meaning a pretty well defined six-pack. My question is, how much will I have to weigh? From what I've read, Calories burned > Calories consumed = weight loss.
weight loss + good diet + exercise = fat loss. Fat Loss + Abs workout = abs?
Do i need to incorporate cardio into my workouts (3-4 times a week) in order to lose fat around that midsection? Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

yup - abs are largely made in the kitchen. make sure you are eating enough protein - start with a 40/40/20 split and go from there.

cardio - mix it up, both high and low intensity, but shade more toward high intensity.

and of course, make sure you're weight-training at least three times a week.
