Help!
Hey Im 14 and I started lifting a couple months ago.. I wiegh 160 and i can lift 165.I want to get up a least 190.. Can ne one help me out?

you lift 165? what lift? bench? squat? deadlift? what does your
training schedule
look like? how many months have u been training? what does your diet look like? what your exactly goals.

i reckon its bench
just do heaps of different
chest exercises
incline, decline,cables,etc and push hard dont stay in your comfy zone
and heaps of triceps as well
