Help Me Get Tone!!


i'm 17. 6'1" and about 200 pounds. my goal for this summer was to get a more tone look (6-pack, etc...). i shoot hoops almost everyday and workout about 3-4 times a week, running on the treadmill every now and then too. i have no idea what my bodyfat % is, and i was just wondering if theres any supplements i can take to help boost the amount of time it will take me to define my body. i'm not looking to build mass so creatine is a no-no.i was wondering about weight loss products, but i'm not even that big, so i wouldn't really wanna lose weight. i was thinking of L-glutamine and some whey-protein... if anyone has any suggestions on something that would help define my muscles, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Don't worry too much about the supplements. You can easily get what your body really needs from the food that you (should) eat. If anything, consider using some whey protein (but as with evertything else, use it smartly). You should seriously consider hitting the weights too! :
