i'm 17. 6'1" and about 200 pounds. my goal for this summer was to get a more tone look (6-pack, etc...). i shoot hoops almost everyday and workout about 3-4 times a week, running on the treadmill every now and then too. i have no idea what my bodyfat % is, and i was just wondering if theres any supplements i can take to help boost the amount of time it will take me to define my body. i'm not looking to
build mass so creatine is a no-no.i was wondering about
weight loss products, but i'm not even that big, so i wouldn't really wanna lose weight. i was thinking of L-glutamine and some whey-protein... if anyone has any suggestions on something that would help define my muscles, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
