I was given a steriod cream for when I got really bad poision ivy the name of it was Mometasone Furoate then it says under that (For Dermatologic use only, not for Opthalmic use) whatever that means LOL I didn't use all of it and I wrote that right from the tube. I did use it for a week or two though and didn't see any muscle gains, but my real bad poision ivy went away.

If you are serious about this question, NO, it wont help to build muscle in any way whatsoever.

Anabolic Steriods are used to increase muscle mass.

Different types of steriods have different uses, in this case, and in MOST cases, the steroid cream you are using is an anti-inflamatory. For whatever reason you are using it (dont want to know LOL) it was prescribed to cut down the redness, inflammation, and itching. Sorry, but no gains LOL!!! But your rash should go away.

Bump to Medic, great answer. I was about to say the same. Could be used for fungal infections too, especially around the lips and inner mouth.
