The problem with HGH is that it increases by a large degree the chances of you getting certain forms of cancer. Moreover, it has been linked with abnormal bone growth, particularly in the wrists and ankles. As far as "anti-ageing" is concerned - I've seen 65 year olds who have been taking HGH and they look ridiculous - it won't make your skin more elastic, you'll just start to look more and more like a freak (btw... genetic aging cannot at present be reversed). HGH will drastically reduce your % body-fat, which is probably its main effect.

btw.. there is absolutely no evidence that taking HGH orally will have any effect whatsoever. To be effective it need to be injected. There are literally 100s of fraudsters out there offering HGH "tablets". Don't even think about it.

If he told me that holding my breath and hopping up and down on one foot builds muscle, I would!
