for those of you who use it or know anything about it, what are some reliable manufacturers to buy HMB from?

And I just did a search here, and couldnt find many people that had good things to say about it (even tho most people putting it down were doing so based on heresay and speculation) i have recently been reading that using creatine and HMB worked better at promoting lean muscle gains than any other supplements, or simply creatine alone.

EAS.COM has some descent stuff but your better off trying to get a deal on some old HMB packaging from a GNC store. EAS changed the packaging style and the GNC stores will usually put the old packagaing on sale.
