Homemade ZMA stack!!! RESULTS!!!
Ok I didnt want to pay for 20 - 25 dollars for a months supply of ZMA when I could make my own stack for around 40 dollars for a years supply. So I went to GNC picked up some 500mg of magnesium, 30 mg zinc and the lowest dosage they had for vitamin B-6 dont remember the mg. Took that stack around 8:50 and went to bed around
9:50. I can honestly say that I have not slept that well in a while. This of course is my first night at it and maybe I was just really tired but I DONT THINK so because usually I am very unrested even when extremely tired.
I will post back with more results as I continue to use it Just thought id share

Corpsedub MAN DID THE DREAMS START LAST NIGHT. THEY WERE WEIRD TOO ranging from wheather to some crazy party my best friend i havent seen in months was having to my church opening up a bar/restraunt??? LOL
I slept good but not as good but that probably had something to do with my diet yesterday. We went out to eat after church and I wanted to load up on carbs so I DID I had like 8 small yeast rolls, a salad with dressing a small filet mignon and a dry sweet potatoe (big one). IT TORE ME UP!! LOL I hadnt eaten that bad in months and I plan on not doing it again for months or longer!! LOL
ZMA is a combination of the minerals and vitamins listed in my first post. I believe the magnesium is suppossed to help with relaxing the muscles while the combination is supposed to aid your body in normal testosterone production.

Ok, I'm bringing back this old thread. What are the ratios of magnesium, zinc, and b-6 that you take in one dose? And what is the cost of a months supply?

Ok, I've read 450mg magnesium, 30mg zinc, 10.5mg b-6, sound about right?
Also, are there any problems with taking it if you are 17 years old?

zma's one of the few things i'd have no problems with teens taking.
 <-----i'm mr no fun!
just vit/min combo that is depleted while training, and needed (particularly by males) for growth/regen

Just finished off my 30 month bottle of ZMA. Honestly, can say it gave ANY noticeable effects. Better sleep? Not for me.
BUT, it was cheap and I have made good progress during this past month. I just can't attribute it to ZMA.

oh, one thing for all reading this.......empty stomach is preferable, before bed. but the MUST of zma (or any zinc supp) is NO calcium anywhere near your digestive tract when taken. might as well flush the pills down the drain.

Yeah. I followed the proper usage. Still can't say I beleive in the product, but it certainly didn't hurt. I may buy ZMA again in the future.

An Article regarding this - interesting read regardless of if you use ZMA or not =)
