Im not downing weed because I know alot of folks that are my dads age and have been toking since they were my age and are just as healthy as someone who dont toke but for a person who takes EVERYTHING to the extreme like I do I would stay away from it.When I quit 3 years ago I was going through an oz every 4-5 days by myself and ate like a pig 24/7.

if smoking gives you the munchies then why do people end up losing weight when they smoke alot? and do they eventually end up gaining it all back?

I would like to know an answer to this question also. For me, it is impossible to bulk when I smoke. I incorporate it into my cutting phase.

Cool

I find cottage cheese craves my muchie fit. And it's good for you too! It has slow release protein in it! I only need about 1/4 cup of it and the cravings are gone!

By the time chronic smokers get to the kitchen they forget why they were going in there

Exactly...but im gonna try and get serious. (say what?) yes, I'm going to leave it until summer rolls around again. School is about to start back up and I think this would be a good oppurtunity to start bulking. I gotta start some time. 5'9" 135lbs 20 yr just ain't going to cut it....ah ha ha

Weed is worse for your lungs than cigarrettes are. So in that respect, if your working out then it may have deleterious affects on you. It does cause short term memory loss and can cause people to be unmotivated to aspire in the world. Weed also stays in your system for up to a month, so if your getting urine or blood tests done soon, be reluctant to smoke it. On the flip side, weed is actually healthier for us than alcohol, so smoke up.
