So i got my basic optimum protiien which i take twice daily(sometimes 3) daily centrum pro performance with 1 capsule
flaxseed oil, Will start taking NO2 and trac creatine (4g creatine) both no2 and trac are supposed to work hand in had threw this new transport system - arginine. All this on top a a diet of between 4-5 thousand calories...slowly trying to make them more
clean calories. I've been working out 4 days a week but next week i'll start 5-6 days (of course split up to better isolate muscles that corrispond to each other) from my diet of the last 3-4 weeks of higher intake and protien for a week now i've gained 3 pounds and look bigger and lifting more gradually. basically looking for criticsm of my supplements or experiences or recomendations.
