How Many Pills is Too Many? Multi Vit & Vasopro/Caffe Stack


I have been taking Vasopro and Caffeine for about 2.5 weeks now and seem to enjoy it. I am taking 3 dosses a day---1 Vasopro and 1 200mg Caffeine per dose. Can't really see a difference in energy, mainly just able to run more and get up early to lift. However, it is helping me eat better. Keeps my cravings down so I can concenstrate on a balance diet.

I was taking a multi vitamin every morning. I got it from costco for $12. It came with 90 servings and each serving is 5-6 pills. I stopped the multi when I started the Vasapro and Caff stack. Should I bring back the Multi Vitamin?

What about adding a serving of creatine before my morning workout with this too? I drink enough water, nearly a gallon a day. I would prefer to keep my heart inside my chest. What might be a the harms of all these?

So, I am currently taking a total of 75mg of Vasopro (Ehpedrine) and 600mg of Caffeine a day. Should I add a Multi Vitamin in the morning, if so before or after my workout? Also, what about adding creatine also?

i'd recomend not taking ephedra at all, but caffeine is fine...also, go back to taking your multi, theyre good for you...creatine is fine, but ephedra and creatine would dehydrate you alot, so youd have to drink so much water itd be ridiculous

and did you say 1200mg of caffeine or 200? because 200 is fine, 1200 is terrible for you

I take...


Creatine, a muliti with herbs, DHEA (25mg), Flax seed, saw palmetto, Ca Mg Zn, in the morning. Then at night I take Flax seed, saw, DHEA, and Ca Mg Zn.

An hour before I work out I also take an ECA stack. If I don't work out, I usually don't take it.

So what is too many? Who knows, but I don't agree with taking ECA just to be taking it. Do it before you work out, and that's it, it'll keep you from crashing when you don't have any to take.
