How many Protein shakes do you drink a day?

I currently drink 2 double serving shakes that (with fat free milk) have the following:

Protein - 62g, Carbs - 6g, Fat -3g, Calories - 400

I'm thinking of adding a third shake daily because I have trouble eating a 5th meal and this would be a feasible alternative. Is that too many shakes a day? It would push my daily protein intake to between 250 -270 grams. BTW I'm 6'1 185 lbs and I'm trying to bulk up and I can't seem to add weight.

If you want to add weight then switch from a protein shake to a weight gainer. (Normally the weight gainers have a lot more protein in them) And each serving normally has around 2000 calories, But eventually this will build up and you'll have to work it off.

I take 3 servings of Protoplex MRP (50g protein) as well as 1 or 2 protein bars (30g protein).

The rest of my protein intake is from food.

Cool

I consume 2 Perfect Mass 2000 MRP's and 1 Whey Protein Shake (post workout) per day! All other protein is from food.

i'd try to get what u can from real food, but supplements are convenient and very bioavailable - there's no problem with adding another shake in the mix

how much protein are u taking in? carb? fat?
