How much Creatine


I use Phosphogen HP and it says to take 4 servings for 4 days then 2 there after. That would be a total of 20 grams a day for the first week than 10 grams for maintain. I thoght 5 grams a day is fine. I chose not to load seeing it is just a waist. thanks

I suggest you go through the loading phase if is your first time taking creatine, or your starting to cycle on it after you quit taking creatine for a long time.

The loading phase is a phase that gets creatine saturated into your muscles. During this process, your muscle should get bigger because more amount of water will be stored there, and you should be lifting more then you can.
After the loading phase, you just need to take 5 grams a day to maintain it. Also note that while on creatine, you have to get plenty of water in your system.

By my experience, loading phase was not a waste because it was when i actually saw results like in 3 days.

Also note that when i started on creatine, i didnt skip the loading phase.

it took me more than a week to see results after i started my loading phase but the results were very very good

10g a day means you spend your money on it again in half the time necessary 5g/day is loads how much HMB though is in each serving?

"Loading phase" is a load of rubbish imo. Just take one serving a day.
