If I include vitamins and everything I would say 165 a month. I am basing this off of 2 MRP powders a day at roughly 1.25 a piece .50 cents for vitamins and minerals, and a couple of dollars worth of Whey protein. Multiply that out by 30 or so days and there is my total.

Depends really, but I'd say between £20 - £30.

Depends on what I'm trying out. Some months as much as $300, other months literally nothing. I just finished going big dollars (creatine, MRPs, RTDs, bars, whey protein, thermogenics, HMB, vit/min), for 3 months, now I'm going to do the next 3 months supplement-free and do a comparison of my progress.

So far, I'm beginning to think that maybe the supps WERE a waste of money afterall, because everything is still going great.

About $70 between my bars, protein, and glutamine. Not that bad if you ask me.

$0, I don't take supplements anymore. Creatine and androstein worked pretty well for me, but I never really saw any difference when I was taking protein shakes. I just don't have the extra $$$ for any supplements now.
