How much whey protein a day?


Hey I was wondering, How much whey protein do you reccomend taking a day along with your normal (Bulking) diet?

Only take it after your workouts because this is when it's most effective; any other time and yor wasting your money really because it is absorbed too fast to be of great use. Now how much you need to take is a different story, this depends on your height,weight,age and then the ratio's post-workout are derived from that.

Its best to take casein, egg, and other slow absorbing proteins throughout the day. Lee is right, whey is best after a workout.

When I'm bulking I try and blast through a 5 pound tub every 2 weeks. I get cranky if I don't feed on something every 2 hours....
