How to eat 6 meals & take supps. on empty stomach

I take T-3 and your supposed to take it on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bed. I also take creatine and your supposed to take that on an empty stomach. I've taken other supplements as well that are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach.

I don't have an empty stomach that often and if I did I'd never grow. T-3 is especially puzzling because my normal practice is to have Met-Rx or another protein supplement immediately before bed and immediately upon rising.

Anybody else wonder how you can eat six or seven meals a day and still take all this stuff on an empty stomach? How long does it take your stomach to empty anyway?

It will take 2-3 hrs generally to regard your stomach as empty.
There is no need to take creatine on an empty stomach if anything it will cause gi distress but if you like take it in the morning half an hour before breakfast
