Follow up question:
Where can I buy this, is it available on grocery store or drugstore?
Is there any particular brand?

Hold on a second, are you telling me you want to make a drink with water, dextrose & creatine ? Dont do it my friend..... it doesn't taste at all nice. Save your dextrose to add to your postworkout shake, and buy some GRAPEJUICE to take with your creatine, it's yummy. A 250ml serving with 5g creatine an hour before your workout will be fine my man. You can get dextrose at any sports supp stores or a drugstore I guess, you can't easily get hold of it in the UK for some weird reason, but a few sports shops do it, so I guess it is a matter of where you live.

I have to disagree with you on two points here. One, sure, water, dextrose, and creatine doesn't taste great, but it's no worse than just plain creatine and water--and you get to decide exactly how much dextrose you use. I do it every day. (I also add dextrose and/or maltodextrin to postworkout shakes.)
Two, if you're going to take creatine once per day, take it after your workout. That's when your muscles are screaming for it, and that's when you can most effectively shuttle it into them.

Oh yeah, I get my dextrose and malto at the home brewing store RIGHT NEXT TO my gym! How great is that...
Malto costs about twice as much for some reason, but neither is very expensive.

I was just pointing out a tastier way and easier way to get your creatine shuttling effect, and I assumed he needed advice on pre-workout as post workout creatine intake is second nature for creatine users, I guess I should never assume.

I was assuming the same thing for a while there, but a lot of newbies seem to think that creatine is some kind of preworkout energy-rush stuff. Heck no.

Hey, that's a pretty good deal. How much did they charge for shipping (and on which size)?

So do you have creatine just once a day, in your post work out shake?
So it'd look something like:
water
dextrose
maltodextrin
creatine
whey
?
I'm just about to purchase some creatine, dextrose and maltodextrin, and some hydrolized whey isolate, and was looking for a good post workout shake, and when to take the creatine.
After loading, if I do, I will probably just have it once a day, and on gym days just with my post workout shake.
Should I add more dextrose and maltodextrin with my shake to account for the creatine?
cheers

I do have creatine just once a day, after working out. I don't put it in my shake because I actually like the way my shakes taste, so I just get the creatine out of the way first. I put a scoop of dextrose in a small glass, then the creatine, and then water. I mix it and drink it quickly. Done. Then I have a shake with Chocolate Silk, Designer Whey, and whatever combination of malto and dextro I want (the former isn't really sweet).
