How to use this product - up your mass- MHP


hey i've been using the ON's protien powder since i started and i went to GNC yesterday i asked the lady for a protien powder that i dont spend too much money on but that makes me build muslce. So she told me about this MHP it says up your mass on it and the website is maxperformance.com i wanted to know if anyone knows about this and also how do i use it? because it says take 1 to 3 times daily but i dunno if i should mix it with food or i don't know. I seriously doubt that there is anything at all special about it. If you're looking for a good balance between quality and cost effectiveness, it's hard to beat Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey. As with any protein powder that you use as part of your nutrition program, usage should be based on your physical needs and balanced with the other food that you eat.

it doesnt look to bad for a MRP although 50$ for 5lbs is expensive compared to what your used to paying for ON protein powder(not a MRP though). if i were you i would just stick with the ON protein powder. its very cheap, good taste and if you want to add carbs to your post workout shake you can grind up some oatmeal until it is powdery and throw it in with your protein.
