Well, define "work." Is it going to make you look like the people in their ads? Nope. But will it help you lose bodyfat? Probably.

My personal feeling is that if you have a little bf to lose and you are having trouble doing so with a relatively strict diet and a good workout regimen, then yeah, you might want to try it. If you're substantially overweight then I would avoid it for the following reasons:

It can speed up your heart (see the Orioles pitcher that died) not BECAUSE of thermogenics, but they certainly did not help (although my understanding is that he was taking three times the recommended dosage). Also, the fatter you are, it should be easier for you to lose it.

I tried it and it worked for me. I think it's all a mental thing anyway. It definately gave me energy to work out and for longer periods. I have heard that once you finish a bottle, you should refrain from starting another one for 3 months. Or else your body gets used to it.

NateDogg is right - it does speed up your heart rate. If that scares you, then I don't recommend taking it. Same with Therma Pro (not sure if this is just a Canadian product), it has the same affect on a person.
