Hydroxicut and Creatine

I want to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time, would be okay to use this 2 sups at the same time? I would have to take them in the morning and then after work out.

losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time is one thing everyone wishes they could do but it is very hard if not impossible for the average person. If you know your caloric intake and what it takes for you to lose and gain you might be able to do it. I have heard of people gaining muscle and lose fat on a carb cycle type of diet. No supplement is going to do it for you. Id go spend your money on some food.....maybe check out the book UD2.0 by lyle mcdonald, that would be a better way to spend your money than on hydroxycut. If you want a good fat burner, HEAT by Avant Labs is excellent im using it right now. As for taking a fat burner and creatine at the same time. There is no problem with that just make sure you stay hydrated

instead of taking fat burning supplement, whey dont you try max ot cardio? Its design to help burn fat while keeping muscle lost to minimum.

Also, in my opinion, the best way to burn fat and built muscle at the same time is combining a full body workout with intense cardio. This however requires dedication and you have to be at the gym for atleast 5 days a week along with having a strict diet.

This interested me, because I have somewhat independantly migrated towards this type of routine (if I understand you correctly), as opposed to my earlier method of strength training one day, endurance running the next.

I'm now still doing some strength training, but also doing cardio-with-weights (basically running on treadmill for a lap, then doing 20 reps of a compound exercise with a heavy weight; working all the major muscles groups with different exercises of course). it seems to be working (i.e. losing some stubborn fat).

Do you have any articles I can read on this? I'm not, for example, doing this 5 days a week, but I easily could and would if I was certain it would zap-the-fat?

Regards,
