Hydroxicut for a 16 year old

Hey everyone! Ok im 16 years old i work out pretty much like 3-4 times a week afterschool at my school gym and im hispanic i weigh about 160 pounds and im about 5'9 in height and i got some muscle tone on me. The thing is that im trying to get some what more cut in a fast period of time by atleast spring break. So im trying very hard to work out and bulk up and at the same time get cut fast. But see its kinda hard to do both at the same time so i was thinking of taking hydroxycut just to help me a little bit in the getting cut part. So i was wondering if it can do anything bad to me besides raising my heart beat. I mean i heard about steroids messing up your penis size and stuff like that and stop your growth etc... But i was just wondering if hydroxycut can do the same by stop my growth in "any" place and if can do any bad to my body according to my age. See i just wanted to know that if its bad for me at all cuz im really sure i wanna take it but i just want to know some facts about it. So people it would be a real big help if anyone can inform me on this. Thnx

no hydroxycut dosent have any bad side effects that you were talking about that steroids have. Make sure you have your diet in order and i recommend taking 1 pill before each meal for the first week. Then second week 2 pills before each meal, working your way to the third week with 3 pills before each meal. I used this method and lost a lot of bodyfat and weight. So go for it.

Question for Brock6:

I've just started on Thermotrim, which I think is similar to Hydroxicut. With that method you just described, what kind of rapid weightloss are we talking about?

While I'd love to shed a crapload of fat in a few weeks, I don't want to take it off so fast that it piles back on again.

Whether you pile fat back on is determined solely by whether you take in more calories than you burn.

There's really no getting around that.

The main reason crash dieting results are so often temporary is that crash dieters don't tend to examine/change the habits that led them to accumulate that excess fat in the first place. They make temporary changes, hit a target and then resume their usual eating habits.

Yeah, I've thought about that, wondering whether it was the body's natural reaction to suddenly regain fat, or just because of a mental yo-yo effect on the person involved.

You're definitely not the only one wondering that. A lot of research has gone into that very question and as far as I can tell, conventional thinking is that there might be some physiological thingies that might make it easier for the formerly obese to regain weight or make them somewhat more prone toward fat storage but the bottom line is still calorie surpluses ie you can't pack it back on without them.

the "big e" has such a bad reputation behind it. Its not a bad drug, though. Its just very easily abusable.
